Airport transfer only bookings: you are NOT required to make any advanced payment unless the total value of your transfers exceeds 200.00 euros.  All payments made locally must please be paid in cash, in euros, to your driver.

Private tour only bookings: at the time of confirming your booking we will require a deposit. The precise amount will be confirmed at the time of booking and is likely to be around 50% of the total value of your booking. This can be paid either by credit card (via PayPal) or by international bank transfer. Your balance will need to be paid on the day of your private tour, in cash (euros) please.

Hotel accommodation and other packaged services: at the time of confirming your booking we will require a deposit. The precise amount will be confirmed at the time of booking and is likely to be around 20% of the total value of your booking. This can be paid either by credit card (via PayPal) or by international bank transfer. Your balance will need to be paid no later than 56 days before your due arrival date. You will be sent an email reminder 14 days before your payment deadline. This can also be paid either by credit card (via PayPal) or by international bank transfer.

Our cancellation and refunds policy is as follows:

- all deposit payments are non-refundable.

- all balance payment refunds will be refunded on the following basis; 15 to 56 days before the due arrival date 50% of the balance payment is refunded, 14 days or less before the due arrival date no refund.

Credit Card Payments:

We accept most major types of credit card including Visa and Mastercard.
We will send you a payment request by email, via our ‘PayPal’ secure credit card payments facility.  This will include ‘easy to follow’ instructions for how to make your credit card payment.

Bank transfer:
